Fibroid Pressure Bladder and Bowel Log

A plain log for lower-belly fullness, pelvic pressure, back pain, urinary frequency, urgency, trouble emptying, constipation, rectal pressure, sex pain, bleeding, and cycle timing.

Use this log if you feel lower belly fullness, pelvic pressure, bladder changes, bowel changes, back pain, or heavy bleeding.

These symptoms can happen with fibroids. They can also happen for other reasons. This log is for notes. It cannot diagnose fibroids, rule out other causes, or tell you fibroid size or location.

If pain is severe, bleeding is heavy, you feel faint, you may be pregnant, you have fever, you cannot pee, or you feel unsafe waiting, seek urgent or emergency care.

Question Your notes Main pressure symptom When it started Where you feel it Does it change near your period? Daily pressure log

Use one row per day. Plain words are best.

Date Cycle day Bleeding Lower belly fullness Pelvic pressure Back pain, 0 to 10 Urinary frequency Urgency Trouble emptying Constipation Rectal pressure Sex pain, optional Daily impact : : none, light, medium, heavy none, mild, strong none, mild, strong usual, more, a lot no, yes no, yes no, yes none, mild, strong no, yes, skip

Write what changed your day. "Had to pee every hour" helps. So does "felt full after a small meal" or "pressure was worse when sitting."

Bladder notes

Use this if urinary symptoms are part of the pattern.

Date Cycle day How often you peed Sudden urge Trouble starting Trouble emptying Pain or burning Notes : usual, more, a lot no, yes no, yes no, yes no, yes

Ask your clinician what else should be checked. Urinary symptoms can come from infection, pregnancy, pelvic floor issues, medicines, bladder conditions, or other causes.

If bladder symptoms are the main thing you need to sort, use the bladder pain before period tracker or urinary urgency cycle log.

Bowel notes

Use this if constipation or rectal pressure is part of the pattern.

Date Cycle day Constipation Rectal pressure Bloating Pain with bowel movement Blood from rectum Notes : no, yes none, mild, strong none, mild, strong no, yes no, yes, not sure

Do not assume bowel symptoms are from fibroids. Bring the pattern and ask what needs care.

If constipation, gas, bloating, or pain with bowel movements needs its own note, use the period constipation log, period gas and bloating log, or painful bowel movements during period notes.

Bleeding and cycle notes

Track bleeding in the same log. Pressure can feel different on heavy days.

Date Period day Flow Product count Leaks Clots Pain, 0 to 10 Notes : : none, light, medium, heavy no, yes none, small, large

Pattern review

After one cycle, answer these.

Question Your notes Which days had the most pressure? Did pressure happen before bleeding? Did pressure happen during bleeding? Did pressure continue after bleeding? Did bladder symptoms match pressure days? Did bowel symptoms match pressure days? What changed daily life most? What do you want checked first?

Questions to ask

Could these symptoms be linked with fibroids? What other causes should we check? Do I need a pelvic exam? Do I need an ultrasound? What can an ultrasound show? What can symptoms alone not tell us? Should anemia or iron be checked because of bleeding? What urinary symptoms mean I should call sooner? What bowel symptoms mean I should call sooner? What should I track before the next visit?

A short script for the visit
