Adenomyosis Symptom Checklist, No Diagnosis

A plain checklist for tracking symptoms that can come with adenomyosis. It helps you prepare for care, but it cannot diagnose adenomyosis.

If you think adenomyosis may fit your symptoms, start with notes.

This checklist cannot diagnose adenomyosis. It cannot rule it out. It helps you explain what changed.

Adenomyosis symptoms can overlap with fibroids, endometriosis, hormone changes, pregnancy concerns, infection, and other causes. Bring your notes to a clinician if symptoms are new, severe, or affecting your life.

Seek urgent or emergency care for severe or heavy bleeding, faintness, chest pain, pregnancy concern, severe pain, fever, inability to pee, or any time waiting feels unsafe.

This checklist can help you This checklist cannot Name symptoms in plain words. Diagnose adenomyosis. Show what changed over time. Rule out fibroids or endometriosis. Help you prepare for a visit. Ask your clinician whether a blood count or iron test fits your symptoms.

Questions to ask

Could my symptoms fit adenomyosis? What else can cause this pattern? Do I need a pelvic exam today? Do I need ultrasound or MRI? Should I be checked for anemia? Should we also discuss fibroids or endometriosis? What symptoms mean I should seek urgent care? What should I track before the next visit?

Short visit script
