Use this log when adenomyosis pain gets worse.
The log is for notes. It cannot diagnose adenomyosis. It cannot rule out fibroids, endometriosis, infection, bowel issues, bladder issues, pregnancy, or another cause. It cannot infer uterus size or location from symptoms.
