Vaginal Discharge Before Period Tracker
A simple tracker for discharge changes before a period, with notes for color, smell, texture, itching, pain, bleeding, and visit questions.
Discharge can change before a period.
That can be normal for you. It can also be a sign to ask for care. The point is to write down what changed, not to guess the cause.
Use this with the discharge before period guide, the period discharge guide, and the cervical mucus guide.
This page is educational. It is not medical advice.

The smell box is a note. It is not proof of a cause.
What to ask if you call
Pick the questions that fit.
Does this change need an exam? Do I need a lab test? Could this be vaginitis? Could this be from irritation? Could sex, lubricant, soap, or a new product matter? Should I avoid any product until I am seen? What symptoms mean I should seek care sooner? What details should I bring to the visit?
If you have pelvic pain, burning when you pee, swelling, bleeding, or pregnancy or STI concern, say that early.
One page visit summary
Fill this in before a visit or message.

What not to assume
Do not use this tracker to diagnose an infection.
Do not use it to rule out an STI.
Do not use it to prove pregnancy.
Discharge can change for many reasons. Your clinician may need an exam or lab test.
For a focused color and smell note, use the vaginal discharge color and odor checklist. If odor is the main issue, use the vaginal odor after period log. If itching is the main issue, use the yeast infection symptom log or the vaginal itching before period tracker.
Privacy note
Discharge notes can include sex, pregnancy worry, STI worry, and pain.
Track only what helps. Leave out details you do not need.
Floriva can keep short notes on your device. A paper chart is also fine.
If you plan to save or share these notes, read the vaginal discharge data privacy checklist.
