Skin change checklist
Check any item that fits.
Redness showed up. Rash spread. Skin feels raw. Skin feels dry or scaly. Skin has bumps. Skin has cracks. Skin has sores. Skin has blisters. Swelling showed up. Itching started. Burning started. Pain when peeing showed up. Discharge changed. Smell changed. A product changed. Medicine was already used.
If swelling is the main issue, use the labia swelling visit notes.
If discharge changed too, use the discharge checklist.
