Vulvar Itching Symptom Log
A no-diagnosis log for vulvar itching, timing, skin changes, discharge, odor, pee pain, product exposure, visit notes, and care questions.
Vulvar itching can feel loud.
It still does not name the cause. Write down the facts. Bring the pattern to care.
Use this with the vulvar burning symptom notes, the product exposure log, and the gynecologist prep guide.
This page is educational. It is not medical advice.
Quick note for today
Fill this in when itching starts or changes.

Plain words help. "Left side near the opening" helps more than a guess.
Daily itching log
Use one row per day.
Date Time Where Itch 0 to 10 Burn 0 to 10 Skin change Discharge or odor Pee pain Notes : : morning / day / night outside / opening / one side / both sides none / red / bump / sore / crack / swelling none / changed yes / no
Do not turn one row into a diagnosis. Bring the trend.
Skin and location map
Use this list to keep your notes clear.
Itch is on one side. Itch is on both sides. Itch is near the vaginal opening. Itch is on outer skin. Skin looks red. Skin looks swollen. I see a bump, sore, crack, or raw spot. Itching woke me up. Peeing stings or burns. Discharge changed. Odor changed.
If discharge is part of the pattern, use the color and odor checklist. If timing before a period matters, use the discharge before period tracker.
Product exposure notes
Write down what touched the area.
Item Your note Soap or body wash Wipe or spray Pad, liner, or tampon Detergent or softener Lubricant or gel New clothing or tight fabric Date first used Date symptoms started
This table is for history. It does not tell you what to start or stop.
For a fuller product list, use the vulvar irritation product exposure log.
Questions to ask
Pick the questions that fit.
Does this need an exam? Do I need a swab or lab test? Could this be vaginitis? Could this be a vulvar skin issue? Could a product exposure matter? Should we check discharge, odor, or pH? Do I need STI testing? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? What should I track if this comes back?
For yeast like symptoms, use the yeast infection symptom log. It also avoids self diagnosis.

Bring dates. Bring plain notes. You do not need perfect medical words.
Privacy note
Vulvar symptom notes can feel private. They may include products, discharge, pain, and infection worries.
Keep only what helps you get care. Share a short summary if that feels better.
Floriva can keep short notes on your device. A paper sheet works too.
