UTI During Period Symptom Log
A no-diagnosis log for UTI-like symptoms during a period, with notes for burning, urgency, urine changes, cramps, bleeding, fever, back pain, and visit prep.
Bleeding can make bladder symptoms harder to read. Cramps, blood, and lower belly pain can overlap in your notes.
Use this log to separate what you can. It does not diagnose you. It does not say your period caused the symptoms.

What feels separate from cramps?
Check what fits.
Burning happens when pee comes out. I feel a strong need to pee right away. I pee often, but only a little comes out. Lower belly pressure feels different from cramps. Urine looks cloudy, if I can tell. Urine smell changed, if I can tell. I see blood when I am not sure it is period blood. Period products made urine notes harder to read. I drank much less or much more than usual. Fever is present. Back or side pain is present. Nausea or vomiting is present. I am pregnant or may be pregnant.
These notes help describe symptoms. They do not prove a UTI.
Questions to ask
Pick the questions you want to bring.
Do my symptoms fit a UTI, or could this be period pain? Do I need a urine test during bleeding? How should I describe blood if I am on my period? What symptoms mean I should call right away? Could bladder pain or urgency be tied to my cycle? Could yeast or vaginal irritation also fit? What should I track next cycle if this happens again?
For bladder pain before bleeding, use the bladder pain before period tracker. For urgency that changes by cycle day, use the urinary urgency cycle log. If cramps are the main issue, read cramps but no period.
