Sports Practice Period Plan
A plain sports practice period plan for school teams, club sports, uniforms, bathroom timing, backup layers, coach wording, leak notes, pain notes, and privacy.
Practice days move fast.
A small plan can help.
It can live in a bag, locker, or phone note.
Keep it boring.
Keep it short.
This plan does not set team rules.
It does not tell you whether to play.
Use it with the gym period kit checklist.
For school supplies, use the period kit for school checklist.
For privacy, read the school phone period tracking privacy checklist.
Before practice
Fill this out once.
Update it when the season changes.

Bathroom timing

Use the smallest ask that works.
For public restrooms, use the public bathroom period product change plan.
Plain coach wording
You can ask for help without giving details.

Share more only if you choose.
Rules may differ by school, team, and place.
This is not legal advice.
Leak note
Write only what helps.

Pain and effort note
ACOG says painful periods can happen before or during a period.
Wash hands after using the bathroom when soap and water are there.
This tool does not give training advice.
It does not decide practice or playing time.
Date Period day, if known Pain note Practice note Question cramps / back / headache / other drills / game / rest / left early
Ask a trusted adult or clinician what should be checked if pain is severe, new, or worrying.
Privacy check
Sports notes can spread fast.
Team chats, photos, and shared phones can expose details.
Check Done Lock screen hides period words Team chat has no cycle details Photos do not show products Shared phone is checked Calendar reminder uses plain words App permissions feel right
Health app privacy guidance favors less data and limited access.
Use that idea for your own notes.
Floriva can keep a low detail local note.
