Public Bathroom Period Product Change Plan

A plain public bathroom plan for period product changes, with low-detail notes, packing checks, disposal privacy, handwashing, backup layers, and short leak notes.

A boring plan helps in public bathrooms.

Know what is in your bag.

Know where the backup is.

Use plain words if you need help.

This plan does not teach product use.

It is not medical advice.

Use it with the period emergency kit checklist.

For school, use the period leak at school plan.

For work, use the period leak at work plan.

For travel days, use the period travel checklist.

1. Before you leave

Make a short check before you go.

Check My answer Period products I already use Backup product, if wanted Backup layer, if wanted Plain bag or wrapper Spare underwear or clothes Small tissue pack Hand sanitizer for when soap is not there Low detail reminder name Person I can text if I choose

Keep the note small.

Try "bag kit checked" or "restock pouch."

Use the period product refill plan if you need a count.

2. Pack from your own habits

Pack what you already know works for you.

This page does not pick a product.

I often need Pack check Product for the next change Backup product Liner or backup layer Spare underwear Plain bag for stained items Wrapper or small trash bag Dark layer or spare bottom Low detail help note

If products bother your skin, keep a note.

Use the period product irritation log for that.

3. Map the bathroom choices

Some places have better bathroom options.

Write what you already know.

Place My note Closest bathroom Backup bathroom Single stall bathroom Place to wash hands Place to throw away wrappers Place to change clothes Where my bag can stay Exit plan if I need time

Do not write more than you need.

"Restroom near lobby" may be enough.

4. Use plain help words

You can ask for help without sharing cycle details.

If you need Plain words Your bag "Can you bring my bag?" Clothes "I need clothing help." More time "I need a few more minutes." A ride "Can you pick me up?" A store stop "I need a supply stop." Privacy "Please text me instead."

Share more only if you want to.

A trusted person may need more detail.

A big group may not.

5. Plan disposal privacy

Wrappers and trash can show product details.

Plan what fits the place.

Question My plan Is there a trash can in the stall? yes / no / not sure Do I want a plain wrapper? yes / no Do I want a small bag? yes / no Where does stained underwear go? What should stay out of photos? What should stay out of group chats?

This does not promise privacy.

It only helps you think ahead.

For photo and location risks, use the period leak photo location privacy checklist.

6. Keep handwashing simple

Wash hands after using the toilet when soap and water are available.

Soap and clean running water help lower germ spread.

CDC says that if soap and water are not there, hand sanitizer can be used.

This is a hand hygiene note.

It is not product use advice.

Bathroom item Check Sink works Soap is there Dryer or towel is there Sanitizer is in my bag Trash is reachable

7. If a leak happens

Use the smallest note that helps.

Public bathroom leak note

Date: Place: Product in use: Backup used: Clothes affected: Need ride or clothing help: Need care question: Photo taken: yes / no Photo stored:

You can leave out the product name.

"Usual product" may be enough.

For school, use the period leak at school plan.

For work, use the period leak at work plan.

8. Keep the note local when you can

Health app privacy guidance favors less data and limited access.

Use that idea for your own notes.

Keep the smallest useful note.

Avoid screenshots if a text note works.

Check shared devices and backups.

Floriva can keep short notes on your device.

No app can control every copy.
