Period Product Refill Plan

A plain worksheet to plan period product refills, kit counts, spare underwear, product irritation notes, and private calendar reminder wording.

Running out can make a normal day harder.

This worksheet helps you count what you use.

It also helps you keep backup kits ready.

It does not tell you what product to buy.

It does not give medical advice.

If a product caused itching, burning, rash, or pain, write that down.

A note can show timing.

It cannot tell you the cause.

For a fuller kit list, use the period emergency kit checklist.

For trips, use the period travel checklist and period on vacation notes.

For school, use the period kit for school checklist.

Count what you use

Start with one cycle if you know it.

Use your best guess.

Update the count next time.

Item Used last cycle Want on hand Buy now : : : Pads Tampons Liners Period underwear Spare underwear Cups Discs Small bags or wrappers Pain notes or visit notes Other

Use the last column as your shopping list.

Keep the names plain if privacy matters.

"Drawer supplies" may be enough.

Pick your kit spots

You do not need every kit.

Pick the places that fit your life.

Kit spot Pads Tampons Liners Spare underwear Bag or pouch Note : : : : Daily bag yes / no Desk or work drawer yes / no School locker or backpack yes / no Car yes / no Travel bag yes / no Overnight bag yes / no

Check the kits once a month.

Also check after a trip or a long week.

Bag kit

Use a small pouch if you want.

Pads. Tampons. Liners. Spare underwear. Small bag for used underwear. A plain note card with care contacts. A short symptom note if you need one.

Keep only what you would want another person to see.

Shared bags and shared lockers are not private.

Desk, car, and school kits

These kits can help if your period starts away from home.

They can also be seen by other people.

Place Who else can see it? Safer label Restock day Desk office supplies Car glove box kit Locker school kit Backpack bag kit

Use labels that make sense to you.

Avoid labels that name your cycle if you want privacy.

Travel kit

Pack before the rush.

Use the trip length, your usual flow, and your comfort level.

Trip detail Your note Trip dates Travel days Heavy flow days expected Laundry access yes / no / not sure Store access easy / hard / not sure Main products packed Backup products packed Spare underwear packed Product that bothered me before

Pack extra if stores may be hard to reach.

Keep a few items in your carry bag.

Put the rest in your main bag.

For more trip prep, use the period travel checklist.

Product irritation notes

Write down any product you may want to avoid.

This is a timing note.

It is not a diagnosis.

Product or item What happened When it happened Buy again? Note for care Pad itch / burn / rash / pain / none yes / no / not sure Tampon pain / dryness / none yes / no / not sure Liner itch / burn / rash / none yes / no / not sure Cup pain / leak / none yes / no / not sure Disc pain / leak / none yes / no / not sure Underwear chafe / itch / none yes / no / not sure

If irritation matters, use the period product irritation log.

Bring a short note to care if you need help.

You can use Floriva for gynecologist prep to make that note.

Private reminder wording

Calendar names can show up on lock screens.

They can sync to shared accounts.

Use plain words if you want less detail.

Instead of Try Period pads refill Restock drawer Cycle kit check Bag check Tampons for next period Weekly supplies PMS kit Desk supplies Vacation period pack Travel pouch

Set the reminder where it will help.

Then check where it may show.

Look at lock screen alerts, shared calendars, family accounts, and work devices.

For more on keeping less data, use the period tracker data minimization guide.

If location is part of your travel plans, use the location permission audit.

Floriva note

Floriva is built for local notes on your device.

That can help you keep a small refill note near your period notes.

No app can control every copy.

Screenshots, exports, backups, shared devices, shared calendars, and copied notes can leave the app.

Use short labels when short labels are enough.
