What to mark

Check only what fits.

Pain started before bleeding. Pain started on bleeding day 1. Pain is worse on bleeding day 2 or later. Pain happens before a bowel movement. Pain happens during a bowel movement. Pain stays after a bowel movement. I feel rectal pressure. I feel pelvic pain too. I feel low back pain too. I have bladder pain. I have bladder urgency. I noticed blood and want to ask about it. Sex pain is part of my question. I do not want to share sex pain notes. This is new for me. This is a repeat pattern.

Skip any line that feels too private. You control what gets shared.

Bleeding day note

The day can matter more than the date. Use this small table if the pain follows the same part of your period.
