Cramps happened the same day. Low back pain happened the same day. Hip pain happened the same day. Pain stayed in one spot. Pain moved down the leg. Pain was on one side. Pain was on both sides. Walking felt harder. Stairs felt harder. Sitting was harder. Sleep changed. Plans changed. This pattern is new for me. This pattern has happened before.

Visit questions
Pick the questions that fit.
Does my timing look linked to my cycle? What other details should I track? Do you want a pain location map? Do you want dates, cycle days, or both? Which symptoms mean I should call sooner? Should I bring notes from more than one cycle? Is a short summary enough? Should low back, hip, or pelvic pain be tracked too?
