Check what fits.
Cramps happened the same day. Low back pain happened the same day. Pelvic pain happened the same day. Leg pain happened the same day. Pain stayed on one side. Pain was on both sides. Pain changed with period day. Walking felt harder. Stairs felt harder. Sitting was harder. Sleep changed. Work, school, or care tasks changed. This pattern is new for me. This pattern has happened before.
