Period Flu Symptom Tracker
A no-diagnosis tracker for sick feelings near a period. Log aches, chills, nausea, and headache. Add fatigue, bowel changes, temp notes, and questions.
Feeling sick before bleeding can be hard to explain.
This tracker gives you plain notes for timing and symptoms. It does not name the cause. It does not tell you what to take.
Use it on paper, in notes, or in Floriva. If symptoms feel severe, sudden, or unsafe, contact a clinician.

Aches were the main symptom. Chills were the main symptom. Nausea or vomiting was the main symptom. Headache was the main symptom. Diarrhea or constipation was the main symptom. Cough, sore throat, runny nose, or stuffy nose showed up. I measured a temp. Symptoms changed school, work, sleep, or care tasks.
Cleveland Clinic says period flu is not the flu. It is not an official medical diagnosis. Your notes can still help you explain what happened.

Use this if you also have a cough.
Use it for sore throat too.
Use it for runny or stuffy nose too.

This table helps you compare timing. It does not decide the cause.
Care questions
Pick the questions that fit.
Could this timing fit PMS? Should we check other causes? Does cough change what I should do next? Does sore throat or congestion matter? What temp means I should call? Should I track this for more than one cycle? Could meds, stress, sleep, or travel matter? Could illness exposure matter? What details should I leave out of my notes? What should I bring to a short visit?
