Chills Before Period Tracker
A chills before period tracker for temperature notes, sweating, body aches, headache, nausea, diarrhea, period timing, illness exposure if shared, and visit questions.
Chills before a period can be hard to sort out.
Use this tracker to write down what happened. Bring the notes to care if you are worried. Do not use this page to decide that chills are from PMS or that fever needs no care.
Quick note
Fill this out when chills start.

Cleveland Clinic says period flu is not influenza or an official medical label. It is a common phrase for flu like feelings near a period.
Temperature notes
Use this only if you checked your temperature.
Date Time Temperature How checked Chills at that time Notes oral / ear / forehead / other no / yes
Do not use this page to decide whether fever needs care. Ask a clinician what to do if fever is part of the picture.
Pattern questions
Use this after the period starts or after symptoms pass.
Question Your note How many days before bleeding did chills start? Did chills stop when bleeding started? Did sweating happen too? Did body aches or headache happen too? Did nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation happen too? Did cough, sore throat, or congestion happen too? Did I check temperature? What changed daily life most?
Mayo Clinic says PMS symptoms can follow a pattern. A pattern is useful to share. It still does not prove the cause.
Questions to ask a clinician
Could my cycle timing matter here? Could this fit PMS, infection, cramps, or something else? Does my temperature note change what I should do? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? Should I track this for another cycle? What details should I bring next time? Should I be seen by primary care, gynecology, or urgent care?
Say early if you had fever, strong pain, heavy bleeding, pregnancy concern, fainting, chest pain, trouble breathing, stiff neck, or symptoms that feel severe.

Privacy note
Chills notes can include period timing, illness exposure, temperature, and care plans.
Keep only what helps you. Floriva can keep cycle and symptom notes on your device. A paper chart is fine too. If you share notes, a short summary may be enough.
For more context, use the period flu symptom tracker, the flu like symptoms before period log, and the body aches before period log. If fever is the main concern, use fever and period symptom notes. For storage choices, read the period flu data privacy checklist.
