Period Cravings Tracker
A period cravings tracker for cravings, appetite changes, skipped meals, nausea, sleep, stress, mood, cycle day, period timing, and care questions.
Cravings near a period can feel random.
This tracker helps you write down the pattern. It does not judge food. It does not tell you what or how much to eat.
Use it on paper, in notes, or in Floriva. If symptoms feel severe, new, or unsafe, contact a clinician.
First note
Fill this in when cravings start.

Short notes are enough.
"Wanted salty food after poor sleep" is useful.
Daily cravings log
Use one row per day.
Date Cycle day Period timing Craving note Appetite Skipped meal Nausea Sleep Stress Mood Daily impact : before / during / after / no bleeding low / usual / high / up and down no / yes no / yes okay / poor / too much low / medium / high steady / sad / tense / angry / up and down
Do not turn this into a food rule list.
The goal is to see timing, not to score your choices.
Context checkboxes
Check what fits.

I went a long time without food. Nausea changed what sounded good. Poor sleep happened too. Stress felt high. Mood changed too. Cramps, bloating, or headache happened too. Office on Women's Health lists appetite or craving changes as possible PMS symptoms.
Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic list them too.
Your notes still cannot prove the cause.
Craving detail sheet
Use this if one craving keeps coming back.
Detail Your note Food, flavor, or texture wanted Time of day Hunger before it started low / medium / high / not sure Nausea before it started no / yes Mood before it started Sleep the night before Stress that day Cycle timing Did it change your day?

Question Your note How many days before bleeding did cravings start? Did cravings change when bleeding started? Did appetite feel higher, lower, or mixed? Did nausea show up too? Did poor sleep show up too? Did stress or mood change too? Did cramps, bloating, headache, or acne show up too? Did cravings happen outside period timing? What changed daily life most? What is the main question for care?
Patterns can help at a visit.
They do not diagnose PMS.
They do not diagnose PMDD, stress, or a stomach issue.
Questions to ask a clinician
Pick the questions that fit.
Could this timing fit a PMS pattern? What other causes should we think about? Should I track appetite, nausea, sleep, or stress too? How many cycles should I track? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? What details should I leave out? What should I bring to a short visit?
Bring plain notes. You do not need perfect data.

Privacy note
Craving notes can include period dates, food, mood, stress, and health details.
Keep only what helps you.
Floriva can keep short cycle notes on your device.
Paper works too.
Floriva does not cover screenshots, exports, backups, printouts, or a shared phone. Share a short summary if that feels better.
For nausea, use the nausea before period tracker. For hunger notes, use the hungry before period log. For cycle timing, read luteal phase symptoms.
