This checklist helps you write down what changed. It is not a quiz. It cannot tell you if you have a cyst.
Many cysts cause no symptoms. Other health issues can feel similar. Bring your notes to a clinician if symptoms are new, strong, or worrying.
Get medical help right away if any of these are happening now:
Sudden severe pelvic or belly pain. Pain with fever or vomiting. Lightheadedness, weakness, or rapid breathing. Severe pain with nausea or vomiting.

Pain

What to bring
This checklist. Period start dates, if known. Pain notes with dates and times. Bleeding notes, if bleeding changed. Pregnancy test result, if relevant. Medicines, supplements, birth control, IUD, or hormone details. Prior ultrasound, labs, or visit notes, if you have them. Your top questions.
Questions to ask
Could my symptoms fit an ovarian cyst? What else could cause this pain? Do I need a pregnancy test? Do I need a pelvic exam? Do I need an ultrasound? What symptoms mean I should seek urgent care? What should I track before the next visit? Should I bring a pain log next time?
