Medical sources list pain, burning, itching, and irritation as symptoms to discuss with care.
Do not use this table to self diagnose.
Ask what should be checked.
What not to use this for
Do not use this sheet to decide:
Which cup to buy. Whether a cup fits. Cup placement steps. Cup removal steps. Whether pain is normal. Whether you need treatment.
Use it to make a clearer note.
You can use it in a care visit if symptoms worry you.
Questions to ask
Pick the questions that fit.
Do my notes suggest I need an exam? Could skin irritation need review? Could bladder pressure matter here? Do I need a lab test? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? Should I track bleeding, pain, or skin changes next cycle? What details can I leave out of an export while still giving you what you need?
For visit prep, read Floriva for gynecologist prep.
If bladder pressure is the main issue, use the bladder pain before period tracker.
