Menstrual Cup Leak Log
A no-diagnosis log for menstrual cup leaks, leak timing, bleeding day, flow context, activity, backup product notes, pain, pressure, privacy, and care questions.
Use this log if menstrual cup leaks are hard to explain later.
This page is for notes only.
It cannot tell you why leaks happen.
It does not give fit advice.
It does not explain cup steps.
It does not rank products.
For pain, use the menstrual cup pain notes.
For heavy bleeding visit prep, use the heavy period visit prep checklist.
This page is educational. It is not medical advice.

Do not use this table as a fit guide.
Use it to show timing.
You can use it in a care visit if it helps.
Flow context
Leaks may be easier to discuss with bleeding notes.
Date Bleeding day Flow note Clots Changed clothes or sheets Missed work, school, or plans light / medium / heavy / flooding / not sure no / yes / not sure no / yes no / yes
This table does not measure blood loss.
It helps you remember what happened.
If bleeding feels heavy or hard to manage, ask what should be checked.
Backup product notes
Use this if backup products matter to the story.
You do not need product names.
Date Backup used Why you used it Skin symptoms Privacy note pad / liner / period underwear / clothing change leak worry / active leak / heavy flow / sleep none / itch / burn / rash / raw skin product name left out / product name included
Product details can be private.
Write the details that seem useful, and skip details that feel extra.
If skin symptoms show up, use the period product irritation log.
Pain and pressure add on
Use this if leaks came with pain, pressure, cramps, or urinary pressure.
Date Pain 0 to 10 Pressure Cramps Urinary pressure Main question : none / mild / strong none / mild / strong no / yes / not sure
Do not guess the cause.
Use the notes to ask what should be checked.
For bladder symptoms, use the bladder pain before period tracker.
What not to use this for
Do not use this log to decide:
Whether a cup fits. Cup placement steps. Cup removal steps. Which product to buy. Which product is better. Whether bleeding is normal.
Use it to keep a clear record.
Questions to ask
Pick the questions that fit.
Does my leak timing matter? Does the bleeding day matter? Should I track clots or flooding too? Does pain or pressure change what should be checked? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? Do you need a short summary or the full log? What product details should I leave out of an export?
For visit prep, read Floriva for gynecologist prep.
If cup pain is part of the pattern, use the menstrual cup pain notes.
One page visit summary
Fill this in before a visit or message.
Summary item Your note Main issue First leak date Bleeding day when leaks happen most Flow context Activity linked with leaks Backup products used Pain, pressure, or cramps Urinary pressure Skin symptoms Main care question
Start with what changed your day most.

Leak notes can include period dates, product names, blood, clothing, pain, and activity.
Consider keeping the shortest useful note.
You can write "backup used" without naming a product.
You can leave out details that do not help the visit.
Floriva can keep notes on your device.
Paper works too.
