Period on Wedding Day Plan
A plain wedding-day period plan for timing, outfit backup, bathroom access, packing, cramps, photo privacy, helper notes, and shared planning tools.
A wedding day has a lot of moving parts.
Your period can be one more thing to plan.
This sheet keeps the plan small.
It is not medical advice.
It does not tell you how to delay a period.
For a small kit, use the period emergency kit checklist.
For restocks, use the period product refill plan.
Event timing
Write the parts of the day that may be hard.
Wedding part Time Bathroom access Period note Getting ready easy / hard / not sure First look or photos easy / hard / not sure Ceremony easy / hard / not sure Family photos easy / hard / not sure Dinner easy / hard / not sure Dancing easy / hard / not sure Travel or hotel change easy / hard / not sure
Keep this note private if it includes cycle dates.
Shared calendars can show alerts.
Shared task boards can show old notes.
Period timing
Use your best guess.
Question Your note Last period start date Expected start date Expected heaviest day Wedding date Events before the wedding Events after the wedding Timing feels normal for me yes / no / not sure
This is a timing plan.
It is not a pregnancy test.
It is not a period delay plan.
Ask a clinician about medicine questions.
Outfit backup
Plan the backup before the day feels busy.
Backup item Packed? Where it will be Spare underwear Spare tights, shorts, or slip Stain wipe or small cloth Small trash bag Dark layer or wrap Change of clothes for after Private pouch
Use what fits your outfit.
Do not write product details on an outside label.
"Care kit" may be enough.
Product packing
Pack the products you already use.
This sheet does not tell you which product to use.
Item Getting ready bag Helper bag Hotel or car Main period products Backup products Liners Spare underwear Small trash bags Tissue or sealed wipes Refill note
Put the first kit where you can reach it.
Put the backup kit with one trusted helper.
Bathroom access
Ask the venue about bathrooms before the day.
You do not have to share why.
Place Can you reach it fast? Note Getting ready room yes / no / not sure Ceremony area yes / no / not sure Reception room yes / no / not sure Photo area yes / no / not sure Outdoor space yes / no / not sure Car or shuttle stop yes / no / not sure
Simple words can work.
"I need five minutes" may be enough.
"I need the kit" may be enough too.
Cramps and care questions
ACOG calls painful periods dysmenorrhea.
Cramps can happen in the belly or back.
Use this note if pain may change the day.
Date Cycle day Pain 0 to 10 What changed Question for later : :
This does not tell you what treatment to use.
If pain feels severe, new, or unsafe, ask a clinician.
For visit notes, read Floriva for gynecologist prep.
Helper notes
Pick one helper if you can.
Give them a small job.
Helper job Person Exact note Hold backup kit Help find bathroom Block photo angle Bring wrap or layer Help with a quiet break Keep details private
Share less when less is enough.
You can say, "Please bring my care kit."
You do not have to explain the whole reason.
Photo privacy
Wedding photos can spread fast.
Think about what should not be saved.
Product boxes in getting ready photos. Period app screens on a phone. Stain photos. Screenshots of cycle dates. Notes about sex, pregnancy worries, or clinic plans. Private bathroom or outfit notes in a shared album.
Ask for a redo if a photo shows too much.
Ask a helper to check the room before photos.
Shared planning tools
Keep private health notes out of shared tools.
Tool What to keep out Smaller note Wedding app Period dates Care kit packed Shared calendar Product reminders Bag check Group chat Bathroom details I need five minutes Photo album App screenshots Do not upload Vendor notes Health details Private break if needed
Use the same data rule for event planning.
Keep the smallest useful note.
For more, use the special event period data privacy checklist.
If the wedding includes travel, use period on vacation notes and the travel period data privacy checklist.
Floriva note
Floriva can keep short local notes on your device.
That can help with timing, cramps, and kit notes.
No app can control every copy.
Screenshots can be shared.
Exports can be copied.
Backups can sync.
Shared devices can be seen by other people.
Keep only what helps the day.
