Pick one line now.

You do not have to name your period.
You can say less and still ask clearly.

Pick simple choices.

MedlinePlus lists cramps, lower back pain, bloating, headaches, fatigue, and mood changes as period symptoms.
Use short notes if a symptom changes the trip.

Mayo Clinic says to see a health care provider if cramps disrupt life every month, get worse, or start as severe cramps after age 25.
For work pain notes, use the period cramps at work log.
Shared trip tools
Shared maps and calendars can show stops, routes, dates, and notes.
Before you add period details, ask:
Who can see this trip? Who can edit it? Does it send alerts? Does it save old notes? Can a screenshot show too much?
Use plain labels when you can.
