Symptoms that showed up too
Check what fits.
Fatigue. Low mood. Anxiety. Irritability. Poor focus. Headache. Cramps or pelvic pain. Breast pain. Night sweats. Hot flashes. Food cravings. Appetite change. Bleeding started.
ACOG lists insomnia and fatigue as possible PMS symptoms. OWH lists trouble sleeping and low energy as possible PMDD symptoms. These notes do not diagnose either one.

Cycle pattern check
Answer these after your period starts, or when the week ends.

The answer can be "not sure." That still helps.

Could my cycle timing matter? Could this fit PMS or PMDD timing? What else should we check? What symptoms mean I should call sooner? Should I track this for another cycle? Should I bring a sleep summary instead of all notes? What private details can I leave out?
