Printable BBT Chart for One Cycle
A one-cycle basal body temperature chart with daily temp, wake time, sleep notes, illness, alcohol, travel, and other notes.
Use this chart for one cycle of basal body temperature tracking. Write down the number. Write down what could affect it. Then look at the full pattern.
This page teaches tracking basics. It does not diagnose ovulation, pregnancy, or a health problem.
How to use the chart
Take your temperature right after waking. Do it before you get out of bed. Do it before you talk, eat, drink, or check your phone.
Use the same thermometer all cycle if you can. Use the same method too. If you switch, write that down.
Try to use the same wake time each day. If that does not happen, still log it. Mark the time. It may explain an odd point.

What to mark
Mark anything that may make a reading harder to read.
Poor sleep or waking many times. A wake time that was much earlier or later than usual. Illness, fever, or feeling sick. Alcohol the night before. Travel or time zone changes. A new thermometer. A different temp method. A very hot or cold room.
Do not erase those days. A marked reading is still useful. It tells you why one point may not fit the rest.
How to read the page
Look for groups of readings. Do not look for one perfect number.
BBT can rise after ovulation. Cleveland Clinic and ACOG both call it a small rise. The chart is more useful after several days.
If the chart looks messy, check the notes first. Sleep, illness, alcohol, travel, and late wake times can explain odd points.
What to bring to a clinician
Bring the chart if you ask about cycles. Bring it for ovulation signs or fertility care too. Circle days with fever, poor sleep, or travel.
You can also bring notes from Floriva BBT tracking.
Add your FAM setup notes if you use that method.
Read how to track basal body temperature if you are new to BBT.
If you track other signs, compare this chart with signs of ovulation.
If you share cycle data in care, read period tracker data and fertility clinics.
