Fertility Awareness Method Charting Sheet

A single-cycle BBT, cervical mucus, and cervical position chart for FAM practitioners.

Introduction to FAM Charting and What This Sheet Tracks A fertility awareness method charting sheet is the primary tool of sympto thermal FAM practice. It is a physical record of your daily fertility signs (basal body temperature, cervical mucus quality, and optionally cervical position) that lets you identify the fertile window within each cycle. This sheet follows the standard sympto thermal format used by most FAM instructors. It is compatible with the major sympto thermal rule sets including Couple to Couple League, Sensiplan, and similar protocols. It tracks 40 cycle days, which covers most natural variation. If you have cycles consistently longer than 40 days, you can tape two sheets together. What the chart captures: The temperature grid runs from 35.5 to 37.5 degrees Celsius (96.0 to 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit) in 0.1 degree increments. This gives full coverage for normal pre ovulatory and post ovulatory temperature ranges. You plot each morning's temperature as a dot and connect the dots to create the temperature curve. The thermal shift, the sustained rise marking post ovulatory confirmed infertility, becomes visible as a step change in the curve. The cervical mucus row uses
