Period Blood Clot Log

A plain log for period blood clots, flow, timing, product changes, leaks, pain, fatigue, dizziness, and care questions.

Use this log when clots show up during a period.

It helps you make a clear record.

It does not explain the cause.

It does not tell you if the pattern is normal.

Photo choice

You do not have to save a photo.

A size note may be enough.

If you do save a photo, think about where it goes.

Photos can sync to cloud albums, messages, backups, or shared devices.

For privacy choices, read the period tracker data minimization guide.

Questions to ask

Does my clot pattern count as heavy bleeding? What size note is useful? Should I track product changes too? Should I bring my bleeding diary? Should fatigue or dizziness be checked? Could medicine, birth control, an IUD, fibroids, adenomyosis, perimenopause, or another issue matter? What symptoms should make me contact you sooner?

For a broader visit sheet, use the heavy period visit prep checklist.

For bleeding that lasts longer than usual, use the long period bleeding log.
