Data Deletion Request Guide for Period Apps
How to export and request deletion from Flo, Clue, Natural Cycles, and Glow, with template language and confirmation checklists.
Before You Delete: Export Your Data First Deletion is permanent. Before you request it, get a copy of everything the app has on you.
