Cycle Length Calculator Worksheet
A simple worksheet for counting cycle length from period start dates, finding a range, and using that range for calendar planning.
Cycle length is simple date math.
Count from day 1 of one period to day 1 of the next.
Do not count only bleeding days.
Do not start from the last day of bleeding.
Gather start dates
Use dates you already know.

What sources say
Office on Women's Health says a cycle starts on the first day of your period.
It says the count ends when the next period starts.
MedlinePlus uses the same count.
It says tracking each month can help you know your usual cycle.
That is all this sheet does.
It counts dates.
It does not tell you why a cycle changed.
Keep or delete notes
Cycle length notes can be sensitive.
They show dates and patterns.
They may also show travel, school, work, stress, or symptoms.
