By joining the Floriva waitlist you agree to the following terms. Floriva is a pre-launch product — no software is being delivered or licensed at this time.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access. It does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or guarantee of access. We may limit the number of early access spots at our discretion.
No warranty
Floriva is provided as-is during the early access phase. We make no representations about uptime, feature availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Floriva's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or the waitlist is limited to zero, as no product or service has been delivered.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll notify waitlist members by email if there are material changes.
