Most people have installed and forgotten at least one period tracking app. Each one may still hold your data — on their servers, associated with your account — even though you stopped using the app months or years ago. This guide walks through a complete audit: finding what exists, understanding what it means, and removing what you don't want. Part 1: Find All Period Apps iOS Method 1 — Search: 1. Swipe down from the home screen (or from the top right corner on newer iPhones) to open Spotlight Search 2.
