Vulvar Symptom Log
A complete no-diagnosis log for vulvar itching, burning, swelling, rash, and skin changes, with product exposure notes, photo privacy tips, and visit questions.
Vulvar itching, burning, swelling, and rash often show up together. This log gives them one home.
It does not tell you the cause. It does not tell you what product or medicine to use. It helps you prepare for care.
This page is educational. It is not medical advice.
Prompt care check
Ask about prompt care if any item fits.
Symptoms are severe or getting worse. Swelling came on fast. Fever or chills. Open sores or blisters. Spreading redness. Trouble peeing. Blood in urine. New pelvic pain. Pain after injury or force. You feel very worried or very sick.

Check what fits:
One side looks larger. Both sides look swollen. Skin feels tight, hot, or raw. Itching or burning came before swelling. Pain is worse when sitting or walking. A lump or tender spot is present. Symptoms started near my period.

This is a timing log, not a product safety list. Do not use it to pick or stop a product on your own.

Do not add new medicine from this page. Use this table to make the visit clearer.

Screenshots and exports can travel. Save only what you need. For less data, use the period tracker data minimization guide.
Questions to ask
Pick what fits your visit.
Does this need an exam? Do I need a urine test, vaginal swab, or STI test? Could this be vaginitis, vulvitis, or dermatitis? Could a product or fabric be part of this? Do sores, cracks, blisters, or a lump change what to check? Does cycle timing matter? What symptoms mean I should call the same day? What should I track if this happens again?
If symptoms line up with your period, read vaginal pain during period. For visit prep, read Floriva for gynecologist prep.
