Hot Flash and Night Sweat Log

A simple hot flash tracker for time, setting, intensity, sweat notes, sleep breaks, period timing, possible triggers, medicine changes, and visit questions.

Hot flashes can be hard to remember later. Night sweats can blur together too.

Use this log for one week, one month, or until your next visit. Write down what happened. Do not try to prove a cause from one event.

Use one row for each hot flash or night sweat.

Use plain notes. A short line is enough.

Observation notes

These notes do not prove a trigger. They only show what was nearby.

Write medicine changes with dates. Include new medicines, stopped medicines, dose changes, and hormone changes if they apply.
