What to flag for care
Mark what happened.
Bleeding felt heavy for you. Bleeding lasted longer than you expected. Spotting happened on many days. Cramps were new or worse. Headaches were new or worse. Mood changes affected daily life. You felt dizzy, weak, or short of breath. You had new pelvic pain. You had a pregnancy concern. You want to talk about staying on Depo or switching.
If a symptom feels urgent, do not wait for a full calendar.
